Cracks where the rear subframe meets the floorAll yearsLook under the car at the floor around the rear subframe mounts for cracks or repair welds. One poster notes the only sure check is to drop the subframe.^1,2,3
Worn front suspensionAll yearsListen for clonks from the front over bumps, and ask whether the control arm bushes and ball joints have been renewed.^3,2
